Lysine is an essential amino acid, which means the body must obtain it through the diet because it cannot produce it on its own. Lysine also plays a role in the body’s natural production of collagen, which is an important component of skin, cartilage, and bone tissue. Lysine occurs naturally in foods such as fish, meat, and legumes. This product is vegan.
Each capsule contains 500 mg of free-form L-lysine. The product is completely free of additives and other active ingredients. Can be used as a daily dietary supplement.

Ingredients
L-lysine, anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
