Swedish Supplements Omega-3 is a dietary supplement with capsules containing 1000 mg of natural fish oil.
Omega-3 is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that the body cannot create itself, which we get through our diet. Omega-3 fatty acids are divided into DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). DHA and EPA contribute to normal heart function.

Ingredients
Ingredients: Natural oil from FISH (18% eicosapentaenoic acid, 12% docosahexaenoic acid), capsule (bovine gelatin), stabilizer (glycerol), antioxidant (alpha tocopherol).
Recommended use: take 1-3 capsules daily with meals.
Important:Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose.
Warning: If you are taking blood thinners in the form of warfarin (Waran), you should consult your doctor.
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, tightly closed and out of the reach of children.
