Swedish Supplements Flex Support contains, among other things, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), a form of organic sulfur, which is an important component of collagen protein and which is important for the normal function of both cartilage and bone. To contribute to the body's normal metabolism of sulphur-containing amino acids such as MSM, Flex Support has therefore been enriched with the mineral molybdenum - which has this very property. To protect, strengthen and maintain joint flexibility, Swedish Supplements Flex Support uses two carefully selected plant extracts: rosehip powder and Indian frankincense. Rosehip helps to maintain healthy and mobile joints. Rosehip extract is also known to be anti-inflammatory, reducing swelling and pain.) Studies of Indian frankincense (Boswelia extract) have shown that it prevented the breakdown of connective tissue that is part of the course of gout and rheumatism.
